      Great company! They care about you as a person not a number. Great sales organization it builds quality not just numbers to meet quotas. Very easy to build a referral base! Love the core values!

      Truly Nolen is a family owned business and 'truly' feels that way. I like the clear culture that the company has created. Its nice to go to work and feel at home. The training and interest in personal development is unique.

      None-- its a great company.

      Love the people I work for and with, but most are wanting more.

      Cons

      Ancient systems. Poor IT. Huge upper management disconnect. Have good "core values" but no one actually follows them.
