Pros

Health benefits, profit sharing and 401K are a plus. Owner Gary Stein is a really nice guy and down to earth. Too bad management is too busy trying to kiss his a*s when he's out visiting.

Cons

If you like working extremely long days and not getting paid for it, then this is the place for that. Definitely not enough employees for all of the work expected to do in an 8 hour day. Unrealistic expectations of all employees who work hard and are not appreciated. . Job satisfaction goes way down when your employees are worked to death.
