There possibly can't be any "pros" at this place. The only good thing about this place is that some of the people are really nice (I said SOME). Other than that - NOPE!

Cons

Very unorganized company and their "training" sucks! Some people there talk down to you like you're stupid and if you dare to ask questions or ask for help, god forbid! Heard that in the past that some employees were harassed! Really? Customers keep complaining about their level or service.
