Pros

Free Travel on TfL network. 75% Season Ticket Loan. Rewards and Discounts for Shopping. Plenty of Overtime if required. 10 Weeks annual leave when CSA1. All staff join as CSA2 with 7 weeks A/L

Cons

Extreme Shifts , early shifts start at 0445 and late shifts finish at 0115. Rosters varied across the network, many have split rest days. IE Monday 0115 finish, Tuesday RD Wednesday 0445 start. Rosters include cover weeks that you won't be able to plan around until 4 weeks prior. Management , if you are a favourite or don't create waves, you will get on within the company, if you voice concerns, raise issues etc your cards will be marked.
