      Pros

      The company is filled with ambitious, hard-working go-getters, which fosters a positive environment, encouraging growth in all employees. While everyone works hard towards their own goals, there is also a sense of camaraderie and teamwork within departments Even though the company is quite large, every employee gets great individual attention and training.

      Cons

      The project management position can be quite demanding at times, which can take a toll on work/life balance.

      Pros

      If you're ambitious and looking for a career versus a job, TPT offers great opportunities down a variety of paths. Even during a recession, business has been constantly growing which means no shortage of career options (especially as they focus on promoting from within). Being a global company there are great opportunities for both travel and relocation, and the chance to be involved in VIP client's and projects - and not just involved, but a part of the process. Also can't ignore the great social atmosphere, a great group of fun people to spend your days with.

      Cons

      Deadline driven environments so hours will vary and some longer days are inevitable, but the hard work will pay off in the end

      Pros

      Pros: Lively Work Environment Opportunity for Growth Strong management team Work is enjoyable Respectable and smart team of coworkers I enjoy the work environment at TransPerfect, and I feel there is a lot of room for growth. The senior management team has an open door policy, which has helped me a lot in my role. I appreciate the entrepreneurial work environment, and I feel that I have a lot of opportunity to mold my own career path at TransPerfect. Coming from a very large Fortune 500 company it is exciting to be appreciated for your hard work, and to be able to implement new ideas and best practices. I am enjoying my work at TransPerfect, and I feel that the leadership team is doing a great job!

      Cons

      Cons: No flexibility to work remotely Limited space in office - no conference rooms available Overall, I only have positive things to say about the organization. If there are two areas that I feel management could improve on it would be to have the ability to work remotely for 1 or 2 days a week, and to have more conference space in the office.
