      Pros

      Huge financial and personal opportunities available if you apply yourself and spend the time understanding how to leverage. People/Culture is amazing. Young, fun, intelligent and ambitious workforce. Huge amount of job autonomy. Perks, Travel and Benefits for overachievers are phenomenal. Enthusiasm of senior management for company vision is infectious. Ability to meet, network and be mentored by senior management on a regular basis.

      Cons

      Some aspects of sales management are too driven by personal sales goals and not by employee development. Not enough personal development, and compensation for sales support staff, which leads to disconnect in a shared corporate vision with sales.

      Pros

      Big company. Not much else... it's a job, I guess, so that's something.

      Cons

      Terrible management. Disorganized. Bad business policy. Treats employees like garbage and interchangeable pieces of crap. Are you getting the picture yet? Not a great place to work for.

      Pros

      The people around you. They are in the same situation and you can make amazing friends. But, is it worth it? NO. People say: you can start with this and then move on, and that is why Transperfect is still active, because people think it is alright to start at the bottom and then move on.

      Cons

      Everything. People come and go so quickly it is simply chaos: e-mails without answer, more hours than established, people crying... Management is awful as well, they think they are better than the rest
