Pros
The people around you. They are in the same situation and you can make amazing friends. But, is it worth it? NO. People say: you can start with this and then move on, and that is why Transperfect is still active, because people think it is alright to start at the bottom and then move on.
Cons
Everything. People come and go so quickly it is simply chaos: e-mails without answer, more hours than established, people crying... Management is awful as well, they think they are better than the rest
