Project coordinators & Project Managers deserve more

Pros

You gain lots of business skills here. Co workers are young, energetic, and hard working. There is a lot of respect between co workers and the work itself is interesting.

Cons

Long hours...for fresh graduates, expect 10-12 hours daily... I mean, you have no other commitments right? Just kidding, honestly, this company could do so much better if everyone got paid for the amount of work & hours that they put in. The production team does so much and their efforts get brushed off. Im sure that the production team knows more about the company and could sell better than AE & AM's.

Pros

Good for getting project management experience for an entry-level employee. Offices all over the world and ability to transfer / work remotely if you've been with the company for a year or so.

Cons

Fast turnover (average 1 year before burn out). Bad management. No room to grow past promotion from Project Coordinator to Project Manager (same job responsibilities). Expected to work late hours or over weekend to make deadlines. Very little support. Quickly losing client and employees to better translation companies.

Maybe good opportunity for fresh graduates but not worth staying for a long time. Asian locations have equal opportunity employment issues.

Cons

Low pay, virtually no training, ever-frustrated managers. Company feeds on new graduates who quit after 1 year. Both CEOs have issued restricting orders against each other, so you can guess how tings are at the company.
