Everything! There’s no work life balance, you are expected to be in the office for at least 10 hours everyday, and then be available 24/7 on your phone for clients. There’s zero overtime pay on top of the super low pay that you get. Way too many office politics and brown nosing is the only way to get ahead. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time here.

Stressful, unfriendly environment, people are frankly not that intelligent, work is slipshod with the only single metric being the bottom line, turnover is very high for exactly these reasons, work environment is unfriendly and there are weird add-ons like no wifi (in the 21st century? for what purpose exactly?). Management goes out of its way to communicate to workers that they are interchangeable, and in fact they are because the level of product is so negligible. Absolutely no long-term planning and mediocre work is rewarded. I have never worked with people I found so unagreeable on a personal level, let alone professionally, and am happy for every minute I am not there anymore.
