managers have no empathy and carry patronizing attitude. some production functional teams are treated like second class citizens. extremely low bonus, per month amount is a joke, and it is supposed to be incentivizing when i cannot cover my monthly grocery bills with it managers have huge egos and overly concerned about not losing face and looking good . causes employees to not able to develop real friendships by encouraging backstabbing company cares about its reputation but the way to maintain it is done completely wrong way by pressing down on the employees who tend to speak up the most with differing opinions and criticisms. does not seem to respect and observe foreign country cultures where it has satellite offices

-There is no trust to the employees which really kills the motivation. -The company uses old technologies (Windows 7...) and in general it feels cheap to its workers and the tools it uses. -Hiring process is pretty bad (very long respond time, numerous calls repeating the same things all over again) -HR does hiring using shady temporal contracts even when they asure you they want you for a permanent position.
