Absolutely zero Pros to mention.

Cons

1. Very poor and substandard working conditions, such as severe lack of adequate space for each Trainee/Employee, which - of course - led to conflicts that PMs had no clue of how to solve in a constructive, respectful and integer way. 2. Lack of provided information about daily run of process and timing. 3. Severe lack of of information about video surveillance of the activity area which I did not gave my permission for to do so and which therefore has caused heavy violation of my personal privacy, violation of confidence and an utmost violation of my private data security. In summary it can be stated that TransPerfect stays far below under its own 'Vision'-Points mentioned on its website.

Management set unrealistic expectations for employees to go above their quota without providing any further compensation for doing so Encouraged to collaborate on shared spreadsheets to help coworkers, but penalized in terms of own productivity

Good learning experience in terms of project management, multitasking and complex corporate environment.

Cons

Dreadful management, lack of empathy, 0 personal development, lies all around. Your hard work is not valued even though the company is in constant growth. My advice is: Learn everything you can, make some money and contacts and then use your experience to find a better job.
