      Cons

      Poor management and communication across teams. No voice at the bottom. Lack of learning opportunities and hardly any training.

      For your sanity....please AVOID

      Pros

      - You meet some great people - The linguists are very talented and most of them are kind.

      Cons

      - Low Pay - Very High and stressful workload - Unreasonable expectations - Tiresome - Always working overtime - HIGH TURNOVER Please avoid working here if you can! The job is very stressful and not worth the low pay, especially if you are in production. It is very difficult to be responsible for 100 things at a time all while being expected to manage another 10 on top of that. This job is honestly the most soul-crushing that I have ever had and honestly I don't know how people make it here longer than a year.
