Pros
TransCore is a great company to work for. The pay is awesome, they have no problem paying top dollar if they think you're worth it. They also believe in giving people opportunities to try new things and move up and around the company.
Cons
It's all contract work, so when the economy is not good and projects slow down, you have to be creative to keep yourself billable and employed.
