I didnt find any pros.
Cons
Micro managed. Woke company. Discriminated against me. They have a DEI program and are racists against people with white skin. They add work with no pay raises. And keep telling jobs I apply for that I would not sing DEI paperwork. So they will really screw you over going into your next job as well. And I was a good worker.
