      The team of people to work with is great. Everyone gets along really well, and communication is really key within the different sectors.

      Cons

      If you aren't really into air compressors or tools or air conditioners, it could be a bit on the boring side.

      Pros

      This company has well respected brands such as Trane, Schlage, and American Standard. It has also been in existence for 100+ years.

      Cons

      Employee morale is the lowest I have ever seen. Management has not one clue how to lead in an honest, open and effective way and refuses to use their prefrontal cortex in decision making. All decisions are based on who can make the decision maker "feel it". It take more time to CYA than it does to actually get the work done and the corporate bureaucracy rivals the Federal government.
