      Good people, fair pay and benefits, excellent location. Talented people are able to move quickly from role to role if they are willing to relocate. Even without relocation, with two divisions headquartered in Carmel, there are generally lots of opportunities.

      Cons

      Publicly stated vision is long term, but business is still run month to month, quarter to quarter. Too much focus on cost containment, often at the expense of the employee. Whenever results start to dip below projections, employee "perks" are the first things to go.
