      Pros

      - Great opportunities for international projects - Met incredibly talented and dedicated people from all over the world - Awesome project managers - Great opportunity to work on giant projects and cross cultural teams

      Cons

      - Most jobs are 40+, that is just the norm - Many job are around the clock meetings and accommodation is expected - Little to no interaction or visibility of upper level management. They do not manage by walking around. - Be careful with benefits. They are great while you are there, but your loss when you leave and paying back tuition stinks. Use every dollar in your HSA/FSA account because they will definitely keep it.

      Great place for an Engineer to learn

      - open work culture - transparent and honest feedbacks/criticisms on your work. - Approachable leadership team.

      Cons

      - office location in bangalore( 50 km + from main city) - salary is average . Not a top paying company in its category. - cafeteria has very limited options (bangalore)

      Pros

      Great people in the field. Field associates really care about the customer and doing what is right. There are still a few Trane people left that know what they are doing and care.

      Cons

      Senior sector leadership is completely out of touch with reality and frankly over their heads. Their idea of long range planning is next quarter. The sector is totally reactive and changes direction continuously. If we had a bad month (relative to a stretch forecast) then we start laying people off. You will never hear the work customer mentioned at that level.
