      Pros

      Campus is nice, Benefits are fair, Work/Life balance is good. Coworkers are friendly.

      Cons

      Morale is poor. HR and management do not seem to care about employee development and career advancement. Many people with lengthy careers at IR have left when their career advancement has been stonewalled.

      You would get a no pressure work environment wherein you would have the opportunity to shift sectors or job types that you would want to work on and get running your career

      Cons

      Some of the problems you will have to face would be that depending on your manager you may have to clock in 9 hours necessarily everyday and then some other vague not so commonly applicable to everyone limitations.
