      Great company with lots of career opportunities. I have either been promoted into a new role or increased scope / complexity of work every year for the last 6 years. I get to work on and lead exciting global projects. It's been a great experience with ample opportunities to develop and grow my career.

      Nice working environment, good tradition and knowledge of company (100 yrs now in 2013 for Trane ), good international technical support and company. Good traditional benefits,

      I wanted to increase my working efficiency by using 2 LCD monitors, this was rejected by my closest boss and colleague. My other small innovations-tries had the same result. I considered it as result of my younger age inbetween older colleagues. I was truly dissatisfied by this. Internal working system (softwares, CRM) was not in compliance with efficient, time saving work, that´s disaster. No WIN-WIN cooperations many times, changing into win-loose, or loose-loose solutions . Company team-work rules reality is not similar with proclaimed methods. Bad Job for you if you want to : - Improve your efficiency in actual work - Suggesting of :new process improving implemetations , you see necessity to implement more utilizatonal functions in internal software tools =you will be dissatisfied - Don´t like to waste your time with long and useless meetings at least once a week
