Pros
Enjoyed my immediate team and the "internal clients" within the client group that I supported. Gave me sound business experience and an ability to understand how to deal with people, manage up and be an advocate for myself and others. The pay was decent and, overall, I found it to be a fine place to work at after becoming accepting of the traditional, conservative culture (read lack of diversity and mgmt heavy).
Cons
Lots of movement- had a change in direct management almost every year that I worked there. There were certainly "favorites" within the org who were able to take advantage of opportunities to be promoted. There was always a sense of uncertainty around the overall stability. High level management would be involved in decisions that it seemed could have been handled at the mid-level. Very top down mgmt style. Often times felt like IR Corporate was holding a popularity contest.
