      Pros

      Good company with some very strong businesses. Have worked in a couple different businesses and they both had very good cultures.

      Cons

      Less familiar with the corporate culture at Ingersoll-Rand because I was not as closely related to that part of the business.

      Some locations are better than others. Sometimes the squeaky wheel gets the grease. Outdated systems. Sometimes too inclusive, too many ppl involved in decision making slows down progress and processes.

      Ingersoll Rand lives it's motto of taking care of employees. The company does not just pay lip service to it's values, but goes out of its way to embody them. This is evident in the forward-thinking strategies it employs, the broad range of benefits, and the emphasis on work-life balance.

      Cons

      Change is a constant. Takes a special personality type to thrive and adapt.
