There is none. Miserable culture

Cons

The lazy employees are not held accountable. April is the worst back stabbing leader. No support, no training with unrealistic expectations. Horrible culture. They move good workers to other roles and reduce their pay. HR is never there to support anyone.

Implementation of good intentions hampered by a very political old boy network which shins outsiders and promotes incompetence at influential levels of leadership. Woke culture gaining momentum at top, alienating the true heart and soul of the company at the working level. Significant exodus of solid talent

Leadership from top down overly focused on diversity, quote from top leader "Higher and Promote Women". They are bypassing an individual and the skills, experience and potential they can bring to the company. They focus on what diversity quota can this applicant/candidate fill. Sad that this behavior at a corporation is acceptable by their leadership,
