Certain products or certain aspects of products are a *mess* You will get calls from C-Suite on the weekend, asked to close and then reopen opportunities so the time to close 'looks better' to investors, and have little support from other areas of the business because people are so overwhelmed

1. Slow decision maker 2. Frequent changes in management 3. Bad operations team 4. Previously use to follow ethics but with adding of new people, spoiled the culture 5. Too much of politics, micromanagement by operations team 6. No support form operations team once you leave the organization. They can create problems in you background checks without any reasons. Most of them are new team don't know the history and give any feedback without concerning about employee future 7. Fake commitments 8. Not good for experience and people who want to learn and work hard. Lots of favoritism
