      some pretty large enterprise customers (although I feel bad for what they have to go thru)

      Product doesn't work No company strategy A crazy amount of people are always leaving and at very senior levels. So junior people are promoted into higher roles to prevent even more people from leaving. This creates a team structure that is failing and is leading to a really bad culture. The list goes on...

      They have strayed from any kind of strategic approach to anything Two major layoffs in the first and second quarters Staff is over overburdened and approach to customer success is suffering
