      its good for people who wants a safe place but not good for growing

      Pros

      they never lay off or fire people, so very safe and good for people who likes to stay there for long time, especially employees who are older age. workload is manageable, therefore good WLB.

      Cons

      Base salary is low; Barely have promotions (we are talking about once every 5-10 years); Raise is very low (3%) Managements do not appreciate their employees, they won't do anything to keep them, instead they will let them go

      Pros

      Tsusho offers a lot of benefits for employees. I started with 10 vacation days, 5 personal days, sick time, and 1 paid volunteer day. There is plenty of work life balance.

      Cons

      There is quite a disconnect between office and warehouse personnel.
