Pros

Good exposure to various aspects of HR, especially recruitment, hiring, and employee relations. Stable work environment with opportunities to work on meaningful projects like implementing HRIS systems (e.g., Workday). Gained valuable experience in talent acquisition and working closely with hiring managers on workforce planning. Great to have the option to work from home, but this flexibility seems to be phasing out soon.

Cons

Limited opportunities for growth within HR, particularly for those looking to advance within the department. Culture and communication could improve. Salary and benefits, while adequate, did not match the higher market trends, particularly in regard to long-term growth potential.

Pros

Benefit package is competitive with other companies in the area.

Cons

Management micromanages “team” and assigns additional responsibilities without promotion for American staff, which is their definition of promotion. Other nationalities are treated differently than American staff.
