Good is the nature of Japanese staffs and peaceful office.Every action is well examined ,discussed and presented to the customer.

Cons

Company not specified to one type of business , Japanese not willing to share any domain information within the department or country staff. The company operate in multiple names to do simple operations & highly dependable on one or two project which will not grow until the client decide to give away the business. Lack of motivation & training, No healthy interpersonal relation between employees, Slow career growth.
