french sneaky management, no leadership, no passion, poor training, career development based on tenure rather than skills, bad conditions for mobility in (housing, wife, family).

free hour of work, great staff I worked for innovation departement with a very qualified staff. My supervisor leave me lot of freedom in my job: direction of the project....

Cons

after, the internship, HR is supicious about your background. a good internship doesn't have the value of a good diploma. I am from university, Total hire only engineer.
