Good benefits, great office, international and multicultural environment, they ensure career movement (but no increase in pay)

Cons

great distinction between expats and locals in terms of treatment, pay and benefits. Company does not compensate at market rate for locals. expansion of job scope with no pay increase. No support for whistle-blowers and was informed that if a report was made against an expat manager, the local staff must be prepared to leave. Many representations and promises were made... none were kept.
