staff can be rude and unprofessional. the organization seems to be focused on monetary value than the client/individuals

When a company has to write its own good reviews on here it really says a lot about them.. This company is a shambles. Yes you will get the shifts, at first. But if you dare to get another job to make up for the months they purposely penalised you and left you without work - through no fault of your own - then they will take your shifts off you and lie to say that the home cancelled the shift. They will send you to covid positive homes without so much as a warning, then deny they even knew. You can work all the shifts they have for you, often up to 6 12 hour shifts a week during lockdown, and they will still treat you like rubbish. When you question it you will receive unprofessional messages back from management to say how lucky you were that they kept you in a job. They can’t keep their staff for long because they treat them so badly. They will take your shifts off you to give to new people they have employed - just to make the newbies think they have a lot of work on for them. It’s actually worrying that they are a care company as there is zero care in them. Good luck if you choose them 👍🏻
