      - From day one, you start collaborating with smart people that help you no matter what. - The remote environment is flexible and offers a great work-life balance. As everyone is remote, you never feel left behind, and as we have people working from multiple places, you are basically never alone. You can work from anywhere – I've spent 4 months traveling abroad without issues. - Managers are smart and transparent. - You can move from one team to another, depending on your interests and personal goals. - You have the freedom to come up with new stuff and move ideas forward. New initiatives always bring technical challenges and you feel energized to learn more. - During off-sites, you get the opportunity to get to know great people and work from amazing places. - Compensation is fair and you feel valued.

      - Depending on your role, you might feel overwhelmed by the number of meetings every now and then, which is perfectly understandable.
