They are a stable company and there is a very low risk of being laid off.

Cons

Work load is imaginable and unattainable every season. There's a false promise of a better deadline calendar. It's been 3 yrs of this re-accuring promise

There are many outgoing and fun people I work with, but that is only applicable to my fellow associates and leads. Don't get me wrong though, the employee discount is crazy good.

Cons

The managers in the department I work in are not considerable or understanding, and rarely respond to their subordinates. It is frankly disgusting. I believe that communications is key in a relationship between two people, especially between a boss and their subordinate. It is just not demonstrated here.
