Can’t think of any reason to work here

Cons

Low pay, low bonus and spiffs, focus on selling credit cards. If you sell 11-20 credit cards a month you will get a whole 3.50 each. All stores are understaffed on purpose. 401k 20% vested is pushed back to year 2 because most dont last that long and bridgestone gets all the money back.

Overtime when there isn't a pandemic, benefits.

Cons

Where to begin.... overtime but excessive overtime (70+ hours), upper management is a joke, people being promoted that do not deserve it, low pay for expected effort, bonus program is not the best.
