Cons
Low pay, low bonus and spiffs, focus on selling credit cards. If you sell 11-20 credit cards a month you will get a whole 3.50 each. All stores are understaffed on purpose. 401k 20% vested is pushed back to year 2 because most dont last that long and bridgestone gets all the money back.
