You would have to be a superhuman to do 1/2 the work that is expected!

Hours suitable for family life. Weekends off, except for unpaid training.

Cons

Poor ownership, management and corporate. Have to be superhuman to do all the duties required to meet QA standards. Impossible.

The schedule was pretty flexable

Cons

Some of the rules were downright rediculous to enforce, and the school very seldom backed up the teachers when speaking with the parents.
