Pros

Great benefits package, decent perks for traveling, great coworkers, most managers are pretty good with giving time off when needed without much hassle.

Cons

New VIP team is changing what was an amazing atmosphere to work in, into a place where everyone shows up dreading the day ahead of them. Promotions are handed out to the wrong people for the wrong reasons. Travel policy favors company and employees get short end of the stick more often then not. Franchisees are catching on to the new ways of the new management and they aren't liking it either.

Pros

Some of the reason I like Goddard are that I always get 40 hours a week being lead teacher if I need it(only beause my class is now full). My boss is easy to talk to. I love most of the people I work with at my Goddard. My children are very good most of the time.

Cons

The level of work a lead teacher has to do monthly is a lot. Sometimes it is had to work with out my assistant. This happens if we are right at my ratio for my class than my assistant has to go home. I wish we got dental or paid time off.
