Pros

good salary, no tax, free accommodation with all utilities, free uniform, cheap staff travel ticket (ID90), or guaranteed seat (ID/50).

Cons

high flying hours (max 120 hours/month), minimum rest in between, very hard to have string days off attached to leave because roster people would def put 1 turn around in between, nowadays crew reports each other/ snitch, so-called "performance manager" would love to punish crew over their trivial mistake (it give a sense of the kind of getting a bonus or boost for their career path), your punishment would different depend of managers you got. Pros

- very good company. - gives a number of benefits. - salary is on time. - 2.5 days weekend.

Cons

- work culture is very poor. - you are encouraged to work way long after the working hours and even on weekends. It leaves you no time for your personal life. - Finance department is very short staffed. - the work pressure & work culture is very overwhelming. Strongest of the people cry because of this. - the Assistant Manager/s are recently promoted without any people management experience or training. Hence, they are not well versed as to how to handle a team, behaving extremely rude most of the time.
