Amazing training, amazing benefits: free accomodation included utilities, free gym and best pools, cheap tickets, travel many destinations around the world, free medical clininc for all employees

Cons

It's a great experience only for few years not a job you can do for all your life (too tiring, fatigue on the long term, limited time to settle a family if you think of having children). You are just a number and you need tp follow all the procedures, no exceptions, which is fair enough for the experience they give you, but not if you think of this as the job of your life

Great people who are motivated and smart. People who work here, truly do like the people they work and what the company stands for. The Company's mission is incredible. Great location near Central Park.

Cons

Can focus more on employee benefits, promoting within and paying that employee what they would have if they hired from the outside or the max %. Create an environment that foster growth and creativity. More improvement to create opportunities to move to the next level. Foster team spirit and equality between Managers and their staff.
