Terminated during probation

Pros

- good work life balance - they actually pay salary - lots of company activities - relocation support - probably one of the best company in Dubai

Cons

- they don't commit to the employees they hire and you can get terminated even during probation with 7 days notice period (against 14 days by law) - I was told from day 1 after joining that I have no career growth opportunities by my line manager

Providing a supportive environment—where you can explore new cultures, enjoy comfortable travel accommodations, and feel rewarded—is exactly what we aim for. We're sorry that not all parts of your journey with us were positive.
