Thank you so much for sharing your experience as a cabin crew member with us! We’re thrilled to hear that our generous allowances and well-arranged layovers enhanced your journeys around the world. Providing a supportive environment—where you can explore new cultures, enjoy comfortable travel accommodations, and feel rewarded—is exactly what we aim for. We're sorry that not all parts of your journey with us were positive. While we focus on maintaining the highest standards of safety and service, we also aim to create a workplace that is respectful, supportive and caring. We continue to invest in the wellbeing of our employees, creating intiatives that promote mental health and embrace the diversity of the 160 nationalities represented across the Emirates Group. Your suggestions will help shape a better experience for everyone. We truly appreciate your feedback. Wishing you all the best in your future adventures—we hope our paths cross again someday!

Pros

Salary, 401k, colleagues, flight benefits.

Cons

Middle East uncertainty has caused major instability. Poor leadership thinks rats and mold are a normal way of life in NYC. Micromanaging and toxic environment.
