      Pros

      Work environment is congenial only because of like minded and young employees.

      Cons

      The management has a lot of favoritism when it comes to promoting staff. The less deserving go up the corporate ladder and the deserving staff are completely demotivated. The chances of growth within the company are very bleak...one needs to be very very lucky..

      Job Security Good Benefits as add-ons (however very low accommodation pay) Travel Benefits Diversity of the employees

      Cons

      Low Salaries Hardly make any increments (this year I got none and no bonus, though our department has successfully made very well) No commission based job (though I work as sales) No proper job career (someone outside would / might take your opportunity) The pay is not reasonable to establish a family in this country (grade 6 job)
