      Benefits are good and you get to learn a lot. Cheap Airline Travel and Discount on you ID card on hotels etc

      Cons

      Slow growth Seniors do not leave so they do not make space for you But they do get promoted some point of time.

      Lot of discount coupons on Employee ID Employee Training Airline Benefits The brand value of this organisation is very good as it is a part of Emirates Group of Companies. Employees get lot of discounts and benefits in Airlines and other retail shops. Adequate training is provided and high level of job security.

      Cons

      Inter-department transfer time needs to be reduced from 1 year to 6 months
