      Some of the Happiest customers you'll come across in Retail. Organized people are Happy. Awesome CoWorkers!!

      Cons

      No room to grow. Plan a life as a Part-timer. Not enough hours because they are obsessed with making Payroll but continue to Hire constantly!!

      Pros

      The company's hiring process ensures that you will work with great people. Very few slackers make it through the numerous interviews and if they do, they will leave the company in short order. Employees have to work hard and those who slack off won't make it.

      Cons

      Corporate is very disconnected from the reality of working in a store. Advancement into management and beyond is limited (partly because so few people leave the company). But more troubling is that promotions go to yes-men. Those who tow the company line will move ahead and those with original ideas are often marginalized.

      Great discount; Average pay scale but get increases every 6 mos; Celebrations of new store openings and some holidays; Employee First Fund (helps pay for unexpected emergencies)

      Cons

      lots of changes since going public; Attendance policy leaves no room for emergencies or unexpected situations like it used to; High deductible health plans; Employee ideas not taken in consideration unless it comes from the right person or included in survey
