Great environment and people hours are going to be there no matter what shape the business is in. Friendly coworkers and supervisors
Cons
Cheap doesn't pay good for the work you do. The raises they always give an excuse for why they can't give you a better one. Even though they don't cut hours they will do wage freezes without notice. Basically make up rules as they go if it isn't the exact way they want they will fire you. Just a cheap company that refuses to pay the employees good money for the work performed you can perform at top level and get only a .30-.50¢ raise every 6 months. People have been there over 10yrs barely making $19/hr. Benefits suck was paying $70 a week for insurance at new job pay $70 a month. And when the company is in bad shape they don't give you holiday pay if you work that day only straight time.
