      Pros

      The coworkers are the pros of working there

      Cons

      They promise hours and yet they keep cutting hour left and right Out of the 3 managers, only one is reliable while the others only care bout sales and brown nosing. Truck days are a guarantee hours and that pays more than normal hours they don't really care bout you as a part timer only if you are full timer then you are more welcomed.

      Worked in a cubicle not face-to-face with customers.

      Cons

      The pay was too low, there is no grace period if you are 1 min late you get part of a mark. Only can clock in 4 min early but it takes longer than that to set up your computer. Terrible training.

      I can't think of a single "pro" to working here.

      Cons

      1. Every single manager I spoke to during interviewing lied to me about the nature of the job. 2. Don't be fooled: "Visual Sales" is a stock position. 3. Extremely physically demanding: unloading truck, literally *running* with overloaded/unsafe carts of boxes to the salesfloor, hours of stooping/crouching while opening & unboxing cartons. 4. Store ignores state labor laws and doesn't allow for ANY breaks until every item is on a shelf, except for managers. 5. Managers don't care if you tell them you are in pain from all of the above.
