      Pros

      - Great work environment - Open communication - Excellent co-workers and management - Outstanding compensation - strong, financially sound company - The company is growing and opening stores - Morale is very high, the other employees are a pleasure to be around - A strong commitment to training, it is on going throughout your career - They really want employees to retire with them.

      Cons

      - It's hard work! - The standards are very high, be prepared to keep up. - The interview process is extremely lengthy and detailed. They really want to make sure that employees are the right fit. - There is a lot of communication to keep up with.

      Pros

      Great discount -- 40% off general merchandise, 50% off elfa. Some fun people on staff and generally good music piped in during the work day.

      Cons

      Must arrange coverage for any time off. Very short breaks (30 minutes max) for long shifts. Heavy lifting, high ladder-climbing expected. 5+ hours at a time on the register, with no true breaks worked in... you must ask for coverage for even a bathroom break, it is not a "given." If you show signs of becoming friends with coworkers, your schedule is rearranged so that you do not work with them.

      Pros

      great products. some of the part time team is fantastic! Schedules are relativel flexible. Training is great and they communicate goals clearly.

      Cons

      work can be sometimes physically demanding. the new schedule system means they own all of your time, even when you might not be int the store. We used to have a set schedule but now every week floats and sometimes a shift may only be 3 hours long. Managment spends all of their time going through emails and not enough time on the sales floor.
