      Pros

      Focus on employees and open communication - with the challenging economy, more open minds to try new opportunities to drive traffic and sales which is exciting

      Cons

      It's retail so that means long hours, evenings and weekends, but that's also what keeps it exciting - you never know what you're going to get next

      Pros

      Decent discount, as long as you aren't management the majority of people you work with are great. Took away some lifelong friends from working there, again- none being of management.

      Cons

      TCS is similiar to being part of a cult; do as they say, look as they say, act as they say, forget about who YOU are be exactly who THEY want you do be. That is what it takes to work at TCS.

      Pros

      Great people. Great management. High Standards. Better than average pay. Good benefits. Good opportunity for advancement from within. Stores are well maintained and stocked.

      Cons

      I wish they had more locations because I had to drive a long way to get to work. This got to be a real drag. Also, retail hours and working weekends gets old.
