      Pros

      I have always been treated fairly, listened to, and respected. This comes from all level of management. The compensation and expectation are both high, which is what you expect from a well regarded company

      Cons

      There is a expectation of when you work in retail. You are giving up holidays, special events, nights, weekends. The is true in all retail and so this is something you have to accept. Retail in the country is not going to go back to the days of being closed on Sundays and open 8 hours a day.

      Pros

      Good management and company culture. They train all their employees very well and the staff is very friendly and helpful! Competitive pay for retail as well.

      Cons

      Hard to request days off and you are only to work more than 15 hours a week if you are a lead (full time).
