      Weird, brainwashy company culture

      - Depending on location, can be a fun team to work with - Generous discount on products - Decent benefits

      Cons

      - They constantly try to remind you how lucky you are to be working there and how great the company is and how no one ever leaves - this is a daily conversation managers will have with you. High pressure to stay. - The store-level managers don't seem to be taught how to work with each other or with full-time team leaders - often conflicting directions given, lots of misguided micro-management - Way too much pressure to sign customers up for rewards program. They will only recognize achievements in Elfa and POP.

      40% Discount on Merchendise and 50% Discounts on ELFA

      Cons

      Management thinks of you as less than the full time employees, high stress for no reason, request you to lift heavy objects on ladders alone. This use to be a completely different atmosphere to work in.

      Pros

      The corp office is a very laid back relaxed and friendly environment. Base pay is higher than average for this industry. So that is good but benefits are lacking.

      Cons

      This company has HUGE favoritism issues! If you are one of the favorites then you have it made. Training is a joke! Company is extremely unorganized and inconsistent. Too much cool aid drinking! Very FAKE!! Benefits could be better.
