Board of directors not effective at holding company leadership accountable for increasing share value. Employee experience consistently compromised by lack of benefits, low pay for work expected, stopped 401K match, low level reliability of systems efficiencies. As well as an underlying dishonesty with how poorly the business is being managed from the corporate level. Attrition is extremely high and increasing with store management teams, in home designers. Store needs are not being met as dwindling capital expense budgets cause employees to work in dirty stores that wait years for repair.

Spread so thin, constant call outs, shipment days are incredibly overwhelming, insane amount of theft, bathroom duty if gross due to mall traffic, store is a mall entrance so thousands of people and employees cut through per day to go to their cars/the food cart and never buy a thing, and often cause havoc. Chaos at food court next door. Theft in parking lot. Taking orders to cars for mobile pick it is awful — we don’t have enough staff for that.
